Create an account

Click 'New School Sign Up', enter your contact and organization information, and get full, unrestricted access to the entire platform. No payment required.

Choose your first task

Choose from 9 tools to start organizing. Explore the platform first, or go straight into setting up a new store or sign up or perhaps import all your member information. You can progress at your own pace and use only the tools you need.


Build your website

You'll want to create a website to establish an online presence for your members.

Add images, video and description content to customize the site experience for your membership.

No coding skills needed; the system will build a great-looking fundraising page using your drag-and-drop content.

Organize your members

Create custom groups to categorize all your members. The system will automatically create groups arounds grades and classrooms for you.

Add members to whichever group you see fit and even assign them titles with the groups. Member who pay a membership fee will get auto-added to that group for you.

Send email and other forms of communication with pre-addressed recipient lists based on your groups.


Promote your new tools

Our messenger makes it simple for you to broadcast any new stores, sign ups, or email communications to the right audience.

Optionally add links on your school's or district's website to your organization's new website to make it easy for members to find.

Posts flyers around campus until members are familiar with the new site location.

No subscription. No commitment. Allow your members to pitch in to cover the costs of any purchases or donations made on PTOffice.

Just choose from the free or percent pricing options.

  • Free Tip: After making their purchase, customers are asked if they'd help fund purchase costs by leaving a small tip. Tips are entirely optional.
  • Percent: Choose a fixed percentage and decide to add the cost to each purchase or have it automatically deducted from the revenue accrued.
