Determining the total number of people in your database won’t be exact until you’ve actually completed the import, but to get an idea, we recommend multiplying the number of students by 3.2 (two parents for each student plus some potential siblings) and then adding 50 for faculty. The system essentially counts every name in the database. For example, if you have 100 students in your school, a solid guess on pricing would be 100 x 3.2 = 320, plus 50 for faculty = 370 people = $408 per year!

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Your privacy and security is extremely important to us. PTOffice will never sell your member information. If a member chooses to register to PTOffice, we do add them to our customer email database for potential contact, but we would never give anyone else this information. In fact, any emails your members might receive from PTOffice have a very clear header describing why they are receiving our email and how to permanently remove themselves from the mailing list.
Parent portals are the means for parents to register to your system, pay any membership fees and update their contact information for you. It is what allows you to collect and maintain up to date profile information on each and every member of your school. Without a parent portal, your members cannot update their contact information or access security sensitive areas such as an online directory search toolbar.
Can I keep my website address if I switch to your website?
Of course! If you already have an established domain name for your organization you can easily connect it to your PTOffice website. Of course, if you don’t want to purchase a domain name, you can always use the one we give you. All PTOffice URLs begin with “https://.ptoffice.com”.
Is my information safe?
PTOffice uses one of the world’s leading server systems to manage all our data securely. Data protection is essential in our line of work and we have multiple levels of protection which we use to keep your information safe and out of harms way. Our protection comes in multiple waves – protection at the server level (our server farm), protection at the account level (your organization), and protection at the user level (your personal information).
Is there a mobile app?
