Frequently asked questions
First time using Memberships? Here are the most frequently asked questions.
Yes. Each member can set various components of their contact information to "Show" or "Hide". As an administrator, you will still see all the information, but the hidden content will not display in the directory search results.
Yes. If you have created a custom field and the administrator has allowed that field to be searchable, then members are able to search by that field.
Of course. Memberships allows you to add the directory shortcode to any web page. As such, you can add any additional information to the page as needed - like sponsors!
Because Memberships allows you to collect and organize your membership into groups, grades, and various other categories, we have built a display template that simply generates off that saved information. Thus, with the click of a button or two, you can generate an online directory by any of those categories.
It's simple! Your site will have a "Register" and "Login" button within your menu. Just point your members to your site and they can take it from there!
You can also customize both the registration and login pages to you match your brand.
