Yes. Each member can subscribe to your calendar updates with iCalendar and Google Calendar.
You can display different calendars on different pages if you'd like. To do that, you'll place a particular calendar's items into a certain category and then limit your calendar view to just that category. For example, you could create a page that only displays "after school" items and on another page have a calendar that only display "district" calendar items.
