Account Settings: Updating Billing Email Address

This articles explains how to access and update your billing information. Some of the things you can do in the portal are:

  • View and pay invoices
  • Manage your subscription
  • Update billing details

To update your billing email address, please do the following…

  1. Visit ptoffice.com and click the Billing Portal menu link.
  2. Log into the billing portal using the email address where you received the billing portal invitation.
  3. Once logged in, click the profile image located in the upper right hand corner and click Profile.
  4. Edit the information as needed.
  5. Click Save.
