Messenger: Add User to an Email List

How to add a user to an email list in Messenger

1. Log in to your PTOffice account
2. Go to Messenger > Lists
3. Find the list you’d like to add your user to and click on the name
4. Click the Manage subscribers button in the upper right
5. Search for the user you’d like to add and then click the small ‘+’ to the right of their name.
6. Click Confirm
7. Save & Exit
